Do you sometimes feel like you don’t have enough time to spend on the tradeshow floor—for fear of missing a good talk? Not this year! We’ve built numerous opportunities to visit with vendors and network with colleagues into the exhibition’s schedule.
- Extended hours will provide a full hour at the beginning of the day (with breakfast tacos served Monday morning and quesadillas Tuesday morning) to catch up on the latest technology, services, and publications.
- Extended breaks in the morning and afternoon oral sessions will permit in-depth discussions with the exhibitors and poster presenters over a soda or cup of coffee.
- Rather than ending with a whimper, the exhibition will continue going strong into Tuesday afternoon, with a “walk & talk” lunch from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm and “ice cream social” beginning at 2:50 pm to the closing of the hall at 3:30 pm.
- We’ve also brought the Presidents’ Reception back to the Exhibit Hall, from 4:30 to 6:00 pm on Monday—again, with little competition from the sessions—another great opportunity for seeking out solutions to the challenges inherent in finding more energy resources.
Look forward to plenty of quality time with the service companies that continue to support GCAGS in such a critical way—“Weathering the Cycles” using leading-edge technology.
