Exhibition

Exhibition hours will be:
	Sunday, October 10	6:00 pm – 8:00 pm		(Icebreaker)
	Monday, October 11	7:30 am – 6:00 pm		(includes Breakfast Tacos, 7:30 am – 8:30 am; and Presidents’ Reception, 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm)
	Tuesday, October 12	7:30 am – 3:30 pm		(includes Breakfast Quesadillas, 7:30 am – 8:30 am; “Walk & Talk” Lunch, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm; and Ice Cream Social, 2:50 pm – 3:30 pm)
Note:  Due to liability restrictions, children under the age of 13 will not be allowed in the Exhibition Hall unless confined to a stroller, backpack, or frontpack.

Speakers’/Judges’ Room

All oral presenters must check in at the Speakers’/Judges’ Room to load their presentations and receive any last-minute instructions by 9:00 am on the day of their talks for afternoon session speakers, or for morning speakers, anytime the preceding day.  Practice tables and electrical hook-up for laptops will be available.  Poster presenters will also find assistance, as well as “emergency” supplies such as tape and Velcro.

The Speakers’ Room will be open during the following hours:
	Sunday, October 10			1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
	Monday, October 11			7:00 am – 5:00 pm
	Tuesday, October 12			7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Speakers’ and Poster Presenters’ Breakfast (Monday, 7:00 am – 8:00 am)

All session chairmen, speakers, and poster presenters are invited to attend this complimentary breakfast.  Reminders will be given regarding session timing, audiovisual equipment, how speakers will be introduced, and when poster presenters must be in their booths, followed by Q&A.

Judges’ Breakfast (Monday, 7:00 am – 8:00 am)

All oral and poster judges should attend this special breakfast.  If you haven’t already picked up your judging packet in the Speakers’/Judges’ Room, this will be your first opportunity.  You’ll be instructed on judging procedures and how to submit your ballots.

AAPG House of Delegates Breakfast (Monday, 7:30 am – 8:30 am)

If you are an AAPG delegate, plan to attend a special breakfast on Monday morning.  An invitation and RSVP will come directly from AAPG prior to the Convention.
