All registration, social event, optional tour, short course, and field trip fees must be paid IN FULL at the time of registration.  All fax registrations not including credit card information or mail-in registrations received without credit card information or a signed check will be returned.  If completing a printed form, use one form per professional or student registrant.  If registering a spouse or guest, be certain to provide the individual’s name for the badge.  Professionals may not register as spouses or guests.  All speakers and poster presenters must be registered.

Registration fees are as follows:
	Professional before 23 August:	$150
	Professional after 23 August:	$220
	Student	$ 25
	Spouse/Guest	$ 75
	Icebreaker ONLY	$ 55
	One-day (available onsite only; no pre-registration)	$140

All full registrations (professional, student, and spouse/guest) admit the holder to the opening session, all technical sessions, the exhibition and posters, Icebreaker, Presidents’ Reception, “Walk & Talk” Tuesday lunch in the exhibit hall, and Tuesday’s Stricklin Symposium.  Spouses and guests also have access to the hospitality suite from Sunday, Oct. 10, through Tuesday, Oct. 12.

Pick up your badges and tickets to any optional events you purchased at the Registration area located at the entrance to Exhibit Hall B, on the Concourse Level of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, anytime during the following hours:

	Sunday, 10 October	7:00 am – 8:00 pm
	Monday, 11 October	7:00 am – 6:00 pm
	Tuesday, 12 October	7:00 am – 12:00 noon
